Sisters

Georgi, Ginger, and Gigi (me) sitting at a Florida canal, where boats tip, barnacles cut, and sharks die...sweet days.

Caring, sharing
Every little thing that we are wearing
When a certain gentleman arrived from Rome
She wore the dress and I stayed home

All kinds of weather we stick together
The same in the rain or sun
Two different faces but in tight places
We think and we act as one, ha-ha-ha-ha

Those who've seen us
Know that not a thing can come between us
Many men have tried to split us up but no one can
Lord help the mister who comes between me and my sister
And lord help the sister who comes between me and my man

what a beautiful place that was. it still is. i guess it was like a 9 month Florida vacation apart from being broke, dealing with the public schools, getting eaten alive by mosquitoes, having no-seums drop specks of poison all over you, etc. etc. etc. Somehow, even with all that, I have very fond and happy memories of our time down there.
